Sign in to the zoom web portal as an administrator with the privilege to edit groups. Zoom provides the capability to control who is admitted to your meetings even after you ve joined as the host using a feature called waiting room. The zoom waiting room is a great security feature. Before you can customize your waiting room it must be enables.

Under the security section verify the waiting room feature is enabled. To enable waiting room for all members of a specific group.
